About Me

Phoebe Cassedy

Chartered Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist (MCSP, MSc)
Trained APPI Mat Pilates Instructor
Trained APPI Antenatal and Postnatal Pilates Instructor

I am a Trained APPI Pilates Instructor and a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist. I use my in-depth knowledge and skills of the musculoskeletal system, human anatomy and movement to provide an accessible and enjoyable Pilates class. I have experience in rehabilitation of a range of acute and chronic conditions and injuries. 


I'm passionate about promoting the benefits of Pilates to everybody - no matter what your previous levels of fitness or experience are.


My classes are kept small to ensure I can provide individualised feedback throughout.

Class Details

Pilates Strength: 


We focus on building full body strength, stability and endurance using Mat Pilates based exercises. If you are looking for a new challenge in a welcoming class with a focus on strength- this is for you.

Pilates Control: 


We focus on developing control and technique using the traditional Mat Pilates exercises. This class is designed to challenge the body to develop control, stability, strength, balance and flexibility. If you are looking for a friendly class to progress your Pilates technique- this is for you.
